Peter Thabo Mokoena - the best of the best

Peter Thabo Mokoena is absolutely incredible. From our first interaction he was friendly and helpful. He gave me updates every step of the way and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. My issue could unfortunately not be fixed, but at no fault of Discovery (I required further assistance from a Ford technician). Even though the final solution still needs to be offered by Ford, Thabo called me again to ensure that I understood the process and that I was able to explain to Ford exactly what was needed (as I am not well versed in car-related issues). He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and did his utmost best to assist. I will gladly deal with him any day and would recommend his services to all. He is so friendly and helpful, and definitely put a smile on my face. I know that I made the right choice with Discovery Insure based on Peter Thabo Mokoena's service.
