Peter Thabo Mokoena - Discovery Insure Roadside Assist

I was stuck on the road side. Horrible. Despite the utter frustration in my voice, a very calm and capable Peter Thabo Mokoena spoke to me very gently, talked me through what I needed to do and made quite a lot of follow up phone calls to make sure I was okay and that things were being handled correctly by the towing company. Its so nice to have someone calm handling the process when you feel like screaming!
