Personal details compromised

My personal details have been compromised.<br> <br> I would like to raise the matter with utmost concern,since my policy and personal details are shared with unknown individual.<br> <br> 1) I am fed up with wrong policy details.Even after 10 emails i receive wrong documents.<br> <br> 2) The consultants need urgent training to address the process gap and audit finding should be made against the supervisor.<br> <br> 3) I was wrongly tagged for Vitality drive and being compelled to install Tracker without discussion and confirmation from my end.When i found the issue they rep**** on hellopeter that it is no longer applicable to me now.<br> <br> 4) Pricing done for renewal is wrong and based on sheer adhocism and irrational means of calculation.The department need serious revamp.<br> <br> 5) I have asked repeatedly to remove wrong details-Policy mention DQ tracker already installed on my vehicle removed since no tracker is installed,but same has not been done.You cannot impose any condition without my cognizance.<br> <br> 6)I need legal action for leaking my personal details.<br> I have raised the issue with ombudsman and compliance department.<br> <br> Are there any seniors peoples monitoring these???:(
