Performing the impossible

Unfortunately it's not often that one experiences great service these days. I would like to commend Nokuthula Thuli Mkhwa**** who works for Discovery Insure. She answered my SOS call when my Tyre burst on the NI highway on my way to see a Doctor in Pretoria. Fortunately no one was hurt. I explained my predicament to her including my urgency to get to the doctor. Within 5 minutes she called back to tell me that she had located a tow company. I had hardly finished the call when the truck with a mechanic arrived. Wow!!! I thought is this for real??? it didn't take long for him to change the wheel and send me on my way to my Doctor. I happily reinstated my appointment which I had cancelled thinking that I was going to be parked on the highway for hours! All the time Thuli kept in touch with me and also found that Tiger Wheels in Sandton would be open the next day morning only. I only hope that Thuli receives the recognition she deserves for going the extra mile!!
