Perfection

There are two parts to this review: the first was a claim for accidental damage to a cell phone (a specified portable possession). The claim was processed within a day and paid out in Takealot vouchers, no stress from my side at all. The consultants I dealt with were professional and gave me the sense that they really were there to help. Fantastic service. The second was when I called for road-side assistance. Meshen dealt with my call and was incredibly on the ball and helpful. Help arrived in about 15 minutes and I was on my way again a few minutes after that. I've contacted Discovery Insure on four occasions now, either for claims or help in times of need, and every time they have been nothing short of perfect.
