A big thank you to Aurellia Ngcobo in claims who had my phone fixed quickly, despite two public holidays in the middle. The people who fixed it at Samsung Pretoria, as well as the gentleman who delivered the fixed phone, and then called me to check it was all in order, were polite, efficient, friendly and professional.
