Pensioners discovery insure Claim ************** for more than 5 month.

My mothers house had leaking pipes in April 2025. We put a claim in and than they never had a contractor in that area cause nobody want to go in that area. For months it has been back and forward saying we must get quotes and a contractor, than it was something else. Different stories everytime. My Mother has holes in the ceiling mother has been sick so many this pass winter. Someone else did a claim after my mother with Santam their geyser was replaced and the ceiling was replaced more than a 2 months ago. We have never claimed for that address since we have the policy. It make me so angry cause we pay the money monthly and now we need their help it is 5 months of stories and no pay out. I will not recommend discovery insure to anybody they take your money and run and we still chasing them after 5 months.
