Peace of Mind with Discovery Insure

Last week Tuesday morning at 6h15 I receive a call from my son letting me know he was stuck on the side of the highway as his car had broke down. In a bit of a panic, I called Discovery Insure and was so happy that someone actually took the call at that time of the morning. Meshen Chetty took my call and immediately sensed the panic in my voice. He calmed me down and assured me he will get a tow vehicle there as soon as possible. He called my son to inform him who was on the way to assist him and twice called me back to let me know I can rest assured that everything is ok and that help was on the way. Within 15 minutes the tow vehicle was there and towed my son's car to the dealership nearest to our home. Meshen again called me to let me know that my son was safe and dropped off.
