I wanted to cancel my insurance because I was looking for a cheaper option. I spoke to Ebrahim Doolabh in the Retentions department on Friday 16 February 2018, he listened to my situation and offered me a much better price, I am at piece of mind now, knowing I'm still with a good insurance company.
