I broke my multi vocal glasses. I called Discovery Insure, a wonderful lady with the name Martha Manabalala, Assisted me. She called me several times to inform me where the claim process is. The same day she sent me a form to sign to acknowledge the claim amount to be paid out. I only signed and sent it the next morning. I am sure if I sent the form the same day the claim would have paid out then!! About an hour and half of me sending the form back, I received a sms to notify me that the payout has been done. Great customer service, friendly and very competent claim advisers, (Martha Manabalala) and a very satisfied client. We done Discovery Insure. A pleasure being with you. Regards Robin Brunyee
