Paying ridiculously high fees - and no response!

I'm a 25 year old female living in the northern suburbs, driving a Fiat 500C, in a guarded, secure apartment and have never had a claim. <br> <br> My Discovery Insure premium is ZAR 1,750 - and it went up. I have asked why it's so much, but have been told they can only requote me next month. When I contested this - I have quotes of ZAR 800 from other insurers! - I have been completely ignored. <br> <br> I am a loyal Discovery customer and would like to be treated as such. The premium I am paying is ridiculous and I actually don't know why I am staying with them . My friends and family think I'm crazy, basically throwing money down the toilet every month. Would really appreciate someone helping me, or I'm just going to leave!
