Paying for service that is not existing

Good Day

I am extremely upset and concerned

I was contacted by one of your consultants to install a tracking device and was advised that this is an additional device that would be added at no costs

Today Vuzi +27 (79) *** installed the device and removed the digitag. When I checked my application I noticed that my vehicle showed as parked in Johannesburg, and I am in Pretoria

I phoned Vuzi who advised that the device was still linked to his phone and that he would sign out and that I should wait a couple of minutes and check again. Which I did. Obviously it was still not working

I then phoned the call centre and spoke to Bongani who advised that the tracking device would cost me R85 monthly. He said that the digitag was not supposed to be removed but should I agree to the R85 per month then he would be able to assist. I NEVER agreed to any amounts when the call centre phone me to make an appointment for the fitment of the new device.

Out of desperation to have my vehicle tracked, I then agreed to have the R85 premium activated.

Needless to say,I had to make ANOTHER call to the call centre, just to be advised that she could see that there were more than one device linked onto my application and that she would delete all previous devices. She said that I should stop my vehicle and start a new journey and that I would then be able to track and find my vehicle

So, please refer to the the attached screenshots - still not able to track my vehicle

Please urgently advise whats happening.

Please note that I am not willing to pay R85 additional for no additional service.

When I agreed to this policy, I was under the impression that the device was more than sufficient and that my vehicle would be tracked ànd that my driving behaviour would also be tracked. Only to be told by Discovery today that my vehicle is “high risk” and not adequately tracked??

I expect this device to be added at no extra costs as I was mislead

I need your urgent feedback.

Thank You
