Paying for insurance but dont have Insurance

Took Vehicle Insurance with Discovery a year ago. Somehow the photos we took for 2 of the vehicles did not upload.

We've been paying for 3 vehicle for 12 months and only 1 of them are insured because the photos were NOT uploaded

Nobody called us to inform us that there is still outstanding information in order for us to enjoy the benefits of insurance BUT they took our money every month. It must be against the law to do something like this

I WANT TO CANCEL THE INSURANCE.
