Once I informed Discovert that I am terminating my insurance . My cash back benefits went from an average of R200-300 per month to a mere R75 on my last month with them. What a cheap shot

We have made an attempt to get ahold of you telephonically on the number provided with no avail.
Fuel rewards are measured on your driver performance score. The administration of the policy has no direct link to how your cash back is calculated. These are two independent processes and are handled separately.
The one is a benefit and the other is a function.
We note that when a policy terminates, the then insured's month cashback will be forfeited as cash backs are paid in arrears. In your case, We paid you as lesser amount as the cancellation fell outside the cash back cycle.
