Pay my claim/ replace my goods

I lodged a claim on 6 DEC. My goods have not been replaced. More than a week. Discovery claims 3to4 days to complete a claim! 2 items to replace and it takes longer than a week! I have a business i need my computer for! When i phone I'm not put through when i ask for a manager. Friday Ntladi promised to let a manager phone me. I'm still waiting.
