Pay for a courtesy car and walk when you have an accident

I had an accident on Friday night and lodged a claim that very evening. Since I live in Joburg and work in Rosslyn I got comprehensive cover that included a courtesy car.

Four days later they're not sure i can receive a courtesy car and I have waited forever to hear back on the issue. so much for being covered on your greatest needs!

The guy keeps calling to tell me nothing new and when i called for better assistance they duplicated the claim and the second had even more errors.

At the rate their going they'll probably have some delays paying out. what jerks
