Pay back my Money!!!

Maybe this is the only way I will get some real assistance. You debited my account with an additional R2500 on 2 Dec, I've given you 10 days to solve this and get back to me on how you will fix this but to date I've only received 1 email with a whole lot of nonsense that does not explain why you are *****ing money from me!
