patient and efficient lady

in Sept 14 i called to register my daughter as a primary driver, after she got her license, since then everything went pear shaped ... cash back options was changed, premium was randomly deducted from my account, just before x mas my insurance was cxd without notification, even after call centre admin an error was made, in Jan 15 i spend and entire afternoon at the Sandton office trying to resolve the query, but no one took responsibility or had the skills to sort out my not so complicated query, by end of Feb i was phoning for quotes to change my insurance and when a called to cancel my insurance i got hold of NTOMBI .... what a professional en patience person! once again i explained my query and she promised to resolve it, my biggest frustration was the fact that no one ever get back to me and every time a new consultant tries, she gave me her personal email and it took a month to resolve but she came thru and my problems has been resolved .. cash backs has been paid in May into the correct accounts and she kept in contact till the very end, when the cards was activated and limits was sorted ..... this lady is AWESOME, she has been a breath of fresh air! thank you Ntombi !!!
