Patheticc service

I had a claim on 22 Sept 2015. It is now 15h05 on 28Oct 2015 and I still have not recieved my money. Khensani does not answer his phone, return e-mails, phone back when he promised to. Ovrall a very bad experience from the man. I will instruct my broker to find alternative insurance. I will also move my medical aid. If Discovery can't even settle a small claim, how can I trust them with the lives of my family
