PATHETIC THIRD PARTY SERVICE

Unfortunately I have to yet again complain here about Discovery insure. My previous complaint was met with a phone call, which i requested a call back, but never received it, and received a response to my complaint asking for my claim number, which i sent on 4 October, and have yet to receive any sort of feedback. Accident occured on 12 July, and although my vehicle has been assessed, still no word on when i can have it repaired.
