Pathetic, stinking service from Discovery Insure

On Friday the 5th January I discovered that one of the my car which we left over the holidays had no power. I called Discovery help, either tow it to Mercedes Benz or Jumpstart. They blatantly refused, and referred me to my policy document. I went and read the document and called back, even asked to speak to a Manager, who still referred me to sec 15: VAS. The Roadside service states that, they offer towing services to the closest place of repair or safekeeping. The second last bullet point also states that they offer me jump-starting. The Annexure page says my Towing and storage benefits are unlimited if arranged through their Call Centre. The reason they refused to help me was that, my car was safe at home. I WANTED TO USE THE CAR NOT PROTECT IT.
