Pathetic state of affairs

Sad state of affairs , after 5 years as a customer , my premium increases by 25% , not a single claim , DQ points are under 1100 , not a single person can explain why , waited for 3 days for Charminy to get back to me and still has not , i then for the third time contacted the retentions department , to add insult to injury you tried to water down my policy by removing items to give me a better premium , Cheers and thanks for nothing
