Pathetic Service. You are *******!!
They do not even deserve 1 star. Dealing with the consultants is an absolute nightmare. Firstly they will bounce you around and hangup the call when you are trying to cancel your policy. When you finally get through again after holding for what seems like a life time they pretend they can't hear you. Clinton at retention acted like he couldn't hear me simply because they don't want to pay what is due to me. Pathetic!!!. Don't ever join discovery insurer.

04 Mar 2024, 11:26And to provide me with the cancelation recording. Because according to your consultant I have forfeited all the funds due to me Because I canceled my policy. I was told on the recorded line when cancelling that I would receive my investment money back after the maturity date.
