Pathetic service - Reference numbers mean nothing

Discovery Insure is PATHETIC. I cancelled my insurance on 21 May due to poor service and exorbitant premiums, yet they still took my premium on 1 June. Now it has been a struggle since 1 June to get my money back. Though they promised on 1 June they will refund it, nothing has happened and I have eventually had to reverse through my bank with the associated cost. Discovery Insure will keep you busy for weeks due to their incompetency.
