PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED

WORST service received from Demi Luddo.

Firstly assessment for vehicle was already done 15/11/2023 and claim only authorized 29/11/2023 after several follow ups were done.

Then we were advised 29/11/2023 the money was paid to the client and will reflect within 2 - 3 working days. NUMBEROUS follow ups were done to request proof of payment with NO RESPONSE received. Only to be told on the 7th of December that the payment was rejected by finance department and needed to be resubmitted!! UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE !!
