Pathetic Service Quality from Discovery Insure

Discovery Insure started off on the right footpath at the accident scene, as time went after the claim had been lodged, my claim had been moved from one consultant to another due to leave. My car was meant to be taken to East London from Butterworth. Shocking revelation was when I raised my concern about the panel beater using pirate parts and not VW original parts . Two consultants confirmed this, it’s actually very disappointing that this isn’t declared and clarified on the contract. There’s no communication at all and it’s very frustrating, especially because the start was impressive!!
