Pathetic service on claim number ***
I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Rozannah Singh and her service is pathetic and unacceptable. And I do not appreciate being treated unfairly as I have registered a THIRD PARTY CLAIM ON DECEMBER ALREADY and have not received any feedback regarding this matter. I have followed up and she still don't come back to me. When will I receive feedback? Or do I need to complain on HP everyday?
