Pathetic Service levels from Discovery Insure

Absolutely pathetic service received from the discovery insure team. I have an issue outstanding since January - not one agent has bothered to call me with updates. I have to call in every week - and there has been no update or progress on my ticket. Sent emails to the complaints department who promises 48 hour reply - and no response again! worst service levels i have received in a while!
