Pathetic service from the escalations dept

I initially logged my dissatisfaction of a claim that l logged on the 29/07/22. To date I’m still not getting any joy from discovery after numerous escalations. Tshepo Kekane, Kgomotso Sefume, Nicky Morake, Williams A****aker, Dumisani Mdaka and the escalations email address *** and still no assistance. This is my second Hello Peter review on the same claim
