Pathetic service from discovery insure

I am so appalled by the service I have received from discovery and their service provider. I met with an accident and the car was repaired. I picked up the car on the 24th of August. I emailed discovery a few days later to advise them on the issues with the vehicle. 1x R valve cap missing

1x R seat badge on the front passanger seat missing

Rear left stepsill not stuck fully

At 80kph to 100kph there is a terrible vibration through the vehicle.

Steering clear vision is off

To date Durban panel beaters have not contacted me to relolve this. I would not want to send my vehicle back to them if this is what the vehicle came back missing. I also had to go through hoops to to get a battery draining issue that discovery says was not their device, eventually they remove the device and the battery draining issue is resolved. I have contacted them so many times over the last few months to come back and reinstall the tracker but no response and it's because of this that I do not fulfill the criteria to have my excess waivered. Pathetic service I can't wait to move to someone else.
