Pathetic Service from Discovery Insurance
I have been dealing with Thobile from the claims department on my insurance claim from the 27th of February I am still awaiting feedback from her. i have on numerous occassions called and various call centre agents explained to me that Thobile will call and give me feedback, I havent received any communication from Thobile to date. I am fustrated and furious with the service. Please help.
