Pathetic Service from Discovery

The absolute worst insurance company I have EVER dealt with. Thee most Unprofessional bunch of people working for you EVER. ZERO feedback, zero customer service, Zero help, It's been over 2months Nuwagon(The unprofessional panel shop you use) has had my car and Till this day cannot diagnose what the problem is with the car. Fetched the car 3times already NOT FIXED, even had them tell me I have to pay for new disks which I did R3000 later, Excess paid R4000 yet STILL NO FIXED CAR. How can a panel place you use not know how to fix a car that's been in an accident?????... 2 months later, multiple days off from work and petrol wasted on going to fecth a car THAT'S NOT FIXED!!!!!!!!. YET NO ONE FROM YOUR COMPANY HAS CALLED ME.... NOT ONE CALL!!!!!!...iv made 3 posts on here no help, iv inboxed this page and no help, iv tried to get hold of a senior at your place NO HELP... PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I have a list of so many people iv spoken to over the last 2 months with ZERO ASSISTANCE... CAN YOU HELP A PAYING CUSTOMER???????????? Also just checked the work done on my car as they fetched it yet again and the paintwork is pathetic (NuWagon) REF NO ***
