Pathetic service from Discovery
I took my car in for a service in November 2022 and submitted a claim for a rebate. I have been waiting since then for the rebate and all I get a emails advising that the claim is with finance. Is this how you treat loyal clients and pensioners to book.

08 Feb 2023, 17:43I see that writing a negative review about Discovery Insure has done nothing to speed up any response or feedback, I wonder, if I defaulted on a payment, how fast you would react. Absolutely pathetic, with staff are at a loss on how to handle claims!!!!!
