Pathetic Service for the second claim in a row

Since I have logged a claim(claim number ***) a month ago, there has not been any update from my insurer with the progress, the only time I get feedback is when I call, but the vehicle has not been repaired yet. I sent a mail to discovery with my complaint(Your reference number is: ***) to date nothing has been done. My previous claim I had through the same pain.
