Pathetic Service

I'm writing this review regarding the pathetic service from Discovery Insurance.

After we first took out the insurance, the tracker that was installed in my car, set my alarm off everytime. They came out to move the tracker further away from my alarm and this problem was solved very quickly.

After that my car struggeled to start. We made them aware of it and they said that they cannot come out again because they have already came out to move the tracker and I should get a drainage report.

I took the time to go out of my way to get this done and sent it to them. 6 months later after numerous emails in December someone called me in the middle of a weekday and asked if my car was available. I informed him that I am at work however, my car is available after a certain time in the week and weekends. He just said that he will inform them and put the phone down.

We again sent emails following up on this however, we are still not getting any feebdack from them. This is now over a year that this has been going on. I'm frustrated at the lack of service, feedback and carelessness.
