Pathetic service ever!
Pathetic service ever, they do not provide feedback voluntarily, one has to constantly beg them for feedback on a claim. The claim rejection letter they promised still not received and I have been asking for it. I am not afforded the opportunity to complain about the claim because they say the complain process is on that letter which todate I still have not received from them. My car came back worse than it was before the accident - aerial missing, battery stone dead and cannot even open the car .

18 Aug 2025, 15:12The letter is still not received and I think you are doing that on purpose. The SPAM folder has nothing from Discovery and so is my main mail box. Why do I receive every other document (plan schedule) but not the rejection letter.
