Pathetic service Discovery

Last week phoned their general call centre 5 x times. In total i held on for more the 30 minutes. Eventually spoke to a consultant that said he would phone me back within the hour. Waited. Nothing. I phoned again and eventually spoke to a lady. She would phone me back within the hour. Nothing. It is now 4 working days , and a weekend. Still nothing. Pathetic.
