Pathetic service

Worst service I have ever experienced. Unhelpful, and unwilling to pay out claims, regardless of the fact that I have paid almost 20k a month for 3 years

Emails from my broker are hardly ever returned, and when they are it is for him to tell me to "contact the claims department" 3 days after I did or something equally ridiculous.

Once their business insurance department closed (I fully understand why) claims placed before closure were denied and a halfhearted excuse given.
