PATHETIC SERVICE and USELESS, *********** STAFF

I have been listed on experian for owing discovery money that nobody in discovery has knowledge of. Everyone and department I spoke to said I do not owe any money, every time I call I get told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a letter of good standing. then get told they cant give me a letter coz I dont owe them anything. Ive had to now cancel my policy with Discovery as this is affecting my credit score and they dont seem to be bothered. I will also be closing my bank account with Discovery and moving my Medical Aid.
