Pathetic service and no response to months of complaints responded to. Pathetic!!

My sensor is not working. Since I paid the debit order it suddenly stopped working. I keep asking for assistance and you do NOT respond. You are penalizing me due to your staff ignoring my messages this is not why as an insured I use you. I demand assistance urgently. Telephone messages for management and on line queries left and you ignore constantly. I'm beyond furious and have every intention of canceling insurance policy with a claim for a full refund for ever cent I have paid. Absolutely disgusted that an part of Discovery is so pathetically run!!
