Pathetic service and customer communication!!

Claiming after an accident is very challenging!! First they LOST MY CAR!! Then they **** about how long it will take to get the car repaired, they always say they’ll phone back but never does!! Talked to 3 agents, team leader and the Manager but still struggling to get any feedback!!
