PATHETIC SERVICE....AGAIN
As per my previous complaint...my welcome pack has STILL not been sent since January 2015. I got stuck on Friday 25th far out of my area, my phone was dead and I had no number to call as you have not sent my sticker and I did not know which tow trucks were under Discovery. I am getting sick and tired of such terrible service and I will most likely got back to Outsurance, pay slightly more but receive better service!!!!! <br> Call me, sort all this **** out now!
