Pathetic Service

I had a water leak on my property on 29 September 2020 and because I'm insured with Discovery Insure - I called them and was referred to Nombulelo Hegeni. It took them 4 days before someone came out to my property to inspect the leak. The plumber could'nt give me a date when he was coming to fix the leak, On Saturday 3rd October 2020 the water started flowing out of the ground so I had to find somebody quick to fix the leak. I had to get somebody to dig out the paving and locate the leak. I then called a handyman from the area to fix the leak. I then notified Discovery Insure on Monday morning of what transpired on Saturday and told them not to send out the plumber. I was then contacted on 7 October after sending them an email complaining of the service. My water and sewerage bill came to R5000.00. I approached the council for a rebate and they requested a plumbers report from Discovery Insure. I contacted Nombulelo Hegeni requesting the report. Up until today 26 October 2020 she has not contacted me. Pathetic service from Nombulelo.
