Pathetic service!!!

Discovery Insure probably has the worst claims consultant in the world. My claims consultant never calls or emails back or even follows up. I've been without my car for over a month and he never follows up. I have to try and get hold of him, but never get hold of him. Another consultant always has to send him a message and yet he still doesn't reply or call back. Their customer service is really pathetic!!
