Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic insurance.

In June we had some damage to our caravan, we took it in to a caravan repair center and we sent the quotation and photos to the insurance on the 12 of June on the 23 of June I followed up and received and email that the assessor has agreed to pay out as per quotation provided another week goes by with no communication nor payment. On the 23rd I let the repair center know that the insurance has approved we just awaiting payment. He starts working on the caravan and now they sent him an email from the auction house that they want to fetch the caravan. I have spent hours on the phone. With absolutely no help.
