Pathetic Service

Shame that there is no Zero rating here. I took a vehicle insurance policy 20 days ago and still didn't get my Vitality Drive activated. It took loads of time for your team to sort my profile to get it loaded and now no data gets recorded there. This is pathetic that you do not treat your old customers properly and don't even bother to keep me posted on any progress if at all is going on.Sort my problem ASAP as I am paying money to fill your pockets and not get the real benefit that you **** promise people about. I am losing on my goals and rewards that I can work towards because of your pathetic system issues god knows when you will fix them !!!!
