Pathetic Service

Pathetic Service! I have had to chase them up after lodging a windscreen claim. Once they finally replaced my windscreen, i noticed it was a generic windscreen. This was after i was promised an original Mercedes Benz windscreen. The claims consultant eventually called because i rated her service bad, and then gave me a bad attitude. When i called the call centre, the calls get cut but nobody has the decency to call back! The service is terrible and now i have a **** windscreen on my car that is still under warranty!
