Pathetic service

OMG!!!. I cannot believe that I am back here having to write a review to get assistance from Discover Insure. The claims consultant Gretchen Rubin is the worst person I have ever had to deal!. She doesn't respond to any of my emails or messages. Whenever I tried to call (both now and in March) she is NEVER available.

I JUST NEED A RESPONSE PLEASE. Gretchen has not responded to me or the Discovery Repairer.

My experience with Discovery has been the worst from day 1
