Pathetic service

Discovery Insure is the worst insurance company to have an insurance with them. They are very quick to take your money and vehicle but do not paid the claim as they promise.

They do not have customer skill service, they do not even phone or keep you updated with your claim. As a woman they have the attitude of they do not care about your well being after informing them that you need to have a vehicle for travel when you finish work late.

They said that once the vehicle is collected it takes 72hours for the money to reflected and when I called 72hours later that when they process the claim an receiving an email for another 72 hours. Car was collected Monday an 72 hours later is Wednesday.

Discovery are ****s and every person I spoke to in Discovery changes their story.

I will never use discovery Insure and will not refer anyone to discovery insure.
