Pathetic Service

I had a burglary on the 28th of August. Reported it immediately on the Discovery Insure website. Received no call and had to phone them. It’s is now the 21st September yet to receive my payout. Contacted them numerous times, no escalation process or complaints department. This is truly pathetic.

Hi

Thank you for your response, only received confirmation of payment, please provide proof of payment. I bank with Discovery bank so surely the payment will clear immediately? Strange that email reads 72hours??
